A New Orleans native, Mitchell has become one of the most sought after Chefs in the industry since entering the yachting profession in 1995. Before that, he developed his unique talent at the City Club of New Orleans and the Royal Orleans Hotel, culminating in the executive Sous Chef position at the Windsor Court Hotel, one of the top rated restaurants in America. Most recently, Mitchell won numerous prestigious awards in the International Chef’s Competition at the 2002 and 2003 Antigua Yacht Charter Shows. He tailors his menus from a wide variety of world cuisine to suit the most discriminating palate. Prepare to be amazed with every meal!
